Is the “Asian Diet” Inherently Healthier?

Today, I am going to focus on talking about the eating styles of Asians. Americans prefer eating from separate dishes, while Asians are accustomed to family-style dishes in which everyone is sharing for one small dish of each food group, served with a bowl of rice. Asians consume the rice with bite-size portions of various types of dishes, which contain mainly of vegetables.
Overall, the typical Asian diets consist mostly of foods that are lower in cholesterol, saturated fat, carbohydrates, and calories. Asians prefer eating fruits as the dessert rather than chocolate cookies or ice-cream.
